PolyComp's Speed Indicating displays are designed to increase driver awareness and to indicate the speed at which they are driving when exceeding the speed limit.

These electronic signs are used on freeways, motorways public roads also on roads that lead to schools and large pedestrian crossings.

The speed indicator display can be used as a fixed type to a pole or mounted on a small trailer.

The operator can set the speed limit for that stretch of road by using a laptop via RS232 Communication port. If the oncoming car exceeds the pre-set speed limit, the unit will show th speed of the car driving towards it, activate two flashing beacons for 2 seconds indicating to the driver that he had exceeded the speed limit.

These speed indicators are an effective tool in the hands of municipalities, large campuses (univerities), mines, large factories and other areas that require restricted speed limits.
