"Walkman" Teller Indicator Display

Operation:
Client enters bank and is quided to the QUEUE that will suit their requirements. On reaching the head of the queue the client waits for the Teller Indicator Buzzer to indicate a Vacant Teller. The client checks the LED Display to see which teller is vacant. The client follows the ARROW ot the TELLER NUMBER indicated by the teller indicator. On completion of transaction, the client exits the queue and the teller presses the push button to trigger the TELLER INDICATOR.

Clients are served in the order they arrive, the queue guides the client to the correct position for service. Staff do not have to vocally call clients to teller window - no more - "NEXT PLEASE".

Manual Ticket Teller System

Features:
- The PolyComp manual ticket issuing system is essentially a teller or pay-point call system with some added intelligence.
- The system consists of an MS16/2 - 1L display with voice over (an intergrated speaker).
- Any combination of one-up to 16 or 32 electronic LCD keypads.
- A manual ticket dispenser.

Mode of Operation:
Once a ticket has been taken by a client, the client reports to the receiving desk or cubicle. Hands over all the relevant documentation for processing at which the operator also then writes the ticket number on the documents for referral. The client proceeds then to sit down untill electronically called by number (i.e.) the ticket number to be entered via keypad by the operator, which then audio-visually calls the client for service to the relevant point cubicle.
