What is your product training and after sales policy?

Operator training is of course available for all systems, the electronic displays such as standard are supplied with an instruction manual and simple to use windows based software on CD-ROM.

We are commited to providing full support and after sales service. We have a comprehensive return to workshop service facility or an on site maintenance contract.

Can I use the Displays Indoor or outdoor?

Yes. The standard LED displays are for Indoor use with Internal casing, the Ultrabrite LED's are for use Outdoors or where sunlight may affect the display, i.e. A shop window. The displays for Outdoor use will need to be in an External IP65 Casing.

Can I control More than one Display from my PC?

Yes. You can control as many as you wish, either as single stand alone displays or networked to run the same messages or grouped to run different messages and in a multitude of different communication methods.

Can you manufacture 'Specials' and 'One-Offs'?

Yes. Cal us with your requirements and we will quote you, a lot of your work consists of non-standard items.

Can we write our own own Software for your Displays?

Yes. We will liase with your IT department and provide you with all the necessary protocols needed to develop your own software for use with our Displays.

I've read your literature and I am still not sure what I want.

Most people don't know exactly which display they want. Give us a call for a chat and we can discuss with you your particular application and what would suit you best.

Once I have decided which display I need and placed my order, how quickly can I expect my delivery?

Sometimes the display may be in stock, but most standard displyas can be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks from your order. Obviously some 'Specials' may take a bit longer.

I only want a Display for an exibition for a short time, do your hire out your equipment?

Yes, we regularly hire out equipment to the exhibition industry for short term hire and occasionally for long term hire.

Do you have finance available?

Yes we can offer finance with a major Finance Company, we also have the facitlity to accept certain Debit and Credit cards, call us for more details.
